Our various workshops

Digital workshop

Towards greater digital autonomy

Digital workshop

Led in small groups of 3 to 4 people, the digital workshop empowers participants to become more independent in their computer use. They learn the basics of computing, how to navigate the internet, and receive personalized support for completing online administrative tasks (France Travail, CAF, etc.). This workshop aims to overcome the barriers to digital literacy, which has become essential in daily life and professional integration.

Theatre workshop

Expressing oneself to regain confidence

Housing workshop:Understanding and mastering the essential procedures

Housing workshop

The theatre workshops, offered in small groups, are designed to help participants develop their public speaking skills and self-confidence. Through playful exercises in staging, improvisation, and public speaking, each participant learns to better manage their emotions, express themselves clearly, and assert their presence. These creative moments foster listening skills, respect for others, and strengthen self-esteem—all valuable skills in both professional and personal life.

The housing workshop aims to support participants in understanding the key steps involved in finding accommodation. In small groups, they are guided to better understand their rights, identify available assistance, prepare a strong rental application, and navigate the administrative procedures (family allowance office, lease, inventory, etc.). This workshop empowers participants to become more independent in facing housing challenges, while fostering the stability necessary for long-term reintegration.
