New premises for a better reception of beneficiaries

Faced with increasing support needs and the need to serve a growing number of people increasingly distant from employment, the previously occupied premises had become unsuitable and hindered the development of services. The relocation project was therefore initiated to improve reception and working conditions , enhance the quality of support offered, and increase the organization's capacity .

This structuring project enabled the deployment of new support methods , the securing of integration pathways , and better preparation of employees for rapid and sustainable integration into the workforce. It was fully aligned with a logic of territorial development and social inclusion , consistent with the European priorities promoted by the LEADER program .
